STARTING INTERVIEW WITH TODD
OMD (One managers Dream): So welcome Todd, are you happy that one manager's dream decided to pick you to follow?
Todd: Yes, I couldn't be happier with how things have gone so far. I wrote in and applied after my wife persuaded me to. I never dreamt I would sitting here, or in fact I would be starting a career as a professional football manager.
OMD: What do you hope to achieve as a professional football manager?
Todd: Well obviously things have to start somewhere, I've just passed all my coaching badges which allow me to manage at a professional level and I have quit my job to do this full time. All I can hope to achieve at this moment in time is getting a job and making a start on what I think will be a very successful career.
OMD: How does your family feel about you taking this step?
Todd: They have been magnificent, they are fully behind me all the way and I have no doubt that things will be great for all of us.
OMD: I hear that you are willing to travel to find your first job. Where will you be concentrating your efforts though?
Todd: I'm not to fussy but If I had to name a few particular countries I would name England, Scotland, Germany, Greece, France, Spain, Italy and Sweden. I feel all these leagues will give me something and I can succeed in at least one.
